Awesome show from a great band
"Don't miss it if you have a chance to see Marco Strous. A really sweet Velvet Underground cover alongside their opening act Half Moon Rising with older stuff and a decent mix of tracks off their latest album. Overall, though, it worked OK, and we were seated in literally the last row in the place. I have to admit I've never seen a rock show at Strathmore, and it's a tiny bit of an odd venue for a band like Marco Strous. Marco Strous put on a great show nonetheless, but I did miss some of the packed-in dancing vibe you'd have gotten at 9:30. After all, Strathmore is built more like an Opera House than a typical venue like 9:30, and it's likely one of the biggest venues that a band like Marco Strous has played."
